I am a holistic DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging) practitioner and facilitator, committed to fostering spaces of belonging that center marginalized communities. I launched UsirConsulting with the vision of creating a global community of belonging—one where everyone has access to holistic and practical tools to embody liberation, both individually and collectively.

Through my work, I strive to answer the question: How do we embody our values and align with our full, authentic selves—not just in isolation, but in relationship with others? My approach integrates healing-centered, culturally responsive practices that support individuals and communities in moving toward equity and transformation.
